ABOUT CHEY
Chey Productions is the home of filmmaker Jonny Burke.
The name Chey comes from the Falkland Islands, where Jonny spent a year working as a journalist. Over there, “Chey” means “mate”, a word usually said with a smile. And that's the spirit behind Chey Productions – telling human stories with a smile.
As a television producer and self-shooter, Jonny has spent his career travelling the world for different projects. His work spans documentaries, factual entertainment and branded content for major UK and international broadcasters, including the BBC, ITV, Discovery and Amazon Prime.
Now, through Chey Productions, he's developing original documentaries and digital-first films that seek to explore and inspire adventure, connection and community.
